Samsung SGH-P900 Gets FCC Thumbs Up

Samsung%20SCH%20P900.jpg

Remember that sweet TV phone with the rotating screen? Well it is coming to the states, even though there is no support for the T-DMB digital mobile television service over here, yet. This is a traditional clamshell phone that can flip open and the screen can then rotate horizontally for television viewing at 30 frames per second.

The phone has a targeted release date of Q2 in Europe—prior to the FIFA world cup—but don’t expect it over here until the fall or holiday season. At least it got the FCC approval, and that is step one.
